Designed by Joan Roca of El Celler de Can Roca and Narcís Caner of La Fonda Caner, both in
Girona province, the RONER can create a bain-marie with controlled temperature in the
whole container. The Roner enables us to control low temperature cooking between 5° and
100° C with maximum precision. It can be adapted to any kind of container according to the
type or quantity of the product we are going to cook.
